This document collects the terms and conditions of the contest named as “[mascupon] challenge”
The organizer is [mascupon] with headquarters in Calle de la Reina, 10, 46011, Valencia, Comunidad Valenciana, Spain, property of Maximum Media S.L. group.
The starting date of the contest is the 30/06/2016 at 19:00 CET and will end on the 14/07/2016 at 00:00 CEST. Contestants will have until 07/07/2016 to sign up for the contest.
The contest is open to students from universities and colleges worldwide.
While open to all university students, the contest will be of particular interest to those studying digital marketing, new technologies, e- commerce and start-ups. Entrants are required to have finished their secondary education and be registered for or taking part in higher education. There are no entry limitations with regards to the type of studies that the entrant is undertaking.
Participation in the contest is free and without obligations. Maximum Media S.L. will not ask the entrants for any type of compensation. Entrants have the right to withdraw from the process at any time.
The contest´s focus will be related to the subjects of digital marketing, entrepreneurship and, specifically, the coupon industry.
The final subject and contest instructions will be provided during the last part of the webinar, by Alex Sepúlveda, CEO of MasCupon, on the 30/06/2016 at 19:00 CEST
Submissions of the case study should be within 15 days of the release of the last part of the webinar. Due to this, no submissions will be accepted after the 14/07/2016.
Registration deadline will be on the 07/07/2016 at 19:00 CEST. You will be able to log onto the registration form from the 25/05/2016 until the 07/07/2016 at 19:00 CEST. The case study should be sent to the following email: email@example.com. The subject field of the email should contain the name and surnames of the entrant. The case study should be submitted in PDF format and be less than 10MB. The entrants must also submit a CV (max 2 pages) in PDF format.
Students that wish to participate in the internship must be enrolled in a higher education establishment at the time of their registration in the contest and during the period of the internship. Entrants must be over 18 and under 35 years old at the time of the internship.
The 5 entrants adjudged to have submitted the best case studies will be then take part in a selection process, which includes a video interview, for an internship in [mascupon]. Following the interviews, 3 winners will be selected.
The winners will have the opportunity to choose between a MacBook Pro or a 3 month paid internship, including transport to Valencia and free accommodation during the period of the internship. There is only one MacBook Pro available, and thus, it will be given to the first candidate that requests it.
The specifics of the internship (finish date, contract type etc.) will be agreed on by the winner and Maximum Media S.L. before the start of the internship and their arrival to Valencia. The 3 internships won´t necessarily take place concurrently.
The winner commits to completing the internship in its totality. In exchange, Maximum Media S.L. commits to paying the winner 500€ per month, as well as accommodation and flights from their country of residence to Valencia. Accommodation and travel arrangements will be managed by Maximum Media S.L.
Participation in the contest is free of charge.
Only one case study per entrant will be allowed.
Only case studies submitted between the dates mentioned previously will be eligible for the contest.
Only case studies written in English, Spanish or Portuguese will be accepted.
The case study must be the original work of the entrant and should quote relevant sources appropriately.
Employees of Maximum Media S.L. or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the contest or helping to set up the contest shall not be permitted to enter the contest.
The evaluation of the submissions will be done by a jury elected by the organizer, Maximum Media S.L.
The evaluation of the submissions and the election of the finalists will take place 14 days after the deadline for submissions.
The jury’s decision is final and binding on the entrants. No questions or objections about the decision will be taken into account. Maximum Media S.L. reserves the right to elected less than 3 winners if the case studies submitted aren’t of the expected quality.
Announcement of the results
The winners will be those, that according to the jury, have submitted the best studies for the contest.
The winners and their higher education center will be notified by email. Only when the internship details have been finalized will the winners’ names be announced publicly.
If any of the winners can’t be reached or don’t claim the prize in a maximum period of 7 days since being notified, Maximum Media S.L. reserves the right to transfer the prize to another entrant.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Maximum Media S.L: will contact the winners via the email address given during the contest registration. They will be informed about the procedures needed to receive the prize.
Any complaints should be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org under the subject: “Complaints” no later than seven days after the announcement of the final results of the contest.
Maximum Media S.L. will review any complaint in a period of 14 days after their reception.
The decision taken by Maximum Media S.L. will be final and irrevocable and will not be subject to judicial appeal.

The organization reserves the rights to extend the duration of the contest and amend all or any part of the contest. Any changes to the contest will be posted on the MasCupon website.
Maximum Media S.L. reserves the right to use any of the material generated of the entrants internally, although all case studies will be dealt in a strictly confidential manner. The winner does not have the right to share the prize, or any other economic profit resultant from the contest.
Maximum Media S.L. reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the contest or cancel it in the event of circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
The entrants agree to accept the terms and conditions from the moment they register in the contest.
